Payments & Cancellation
Fees are charged for access or rental as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds are provided unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding thirty (30) days.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
